Buyout Block is operated by Joshua Levine. By creating an account, posting, joining a group, or using consented map services, you accept these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or participate.
Accounts and pseudonymous use
Accounts use a username and password through Clerk. Buyout Block provides no account recovery or account merging; if you lose access, create a new account. Use a pseudonym and do not submit personal information about yourself or anyone else.
Conduct
Do not dox, threaten, harass, spread hate, impersonate, defraud, spam, facilitate illegal activity, target abuse at people, or knowingly make false ownership assertions. You are responsible for your submissions and links. Follow the Community Guidelines.
Community content and ownership information
Community content is discussion, not verified ownership evidence. Registry entries with citations have their own methodology and correction process. Members keep ownership of their posts, but grant Buyout Block a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, moderate, and preserve necessary deleted-content placeholders while operating the service.
Moderation
Moderators may hide, restore, remove, or anonymize content and accounts under the Community Guidelines. Buyout Block may change, suspend, or discontinue features. The service is provided as available, without warranties to the extent allowed by law; Buyout Block’s liability is limited to the extent allowed by law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
Law and contact
